What Is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine enables our licensed medical providers to deliver healthcare services remotely through secure digital platforms — making expert weight loss and wellness care accessible to patients regardless of location.
At Premier Solutions & Weight Loss, telemedicine consultations are conducted by licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants using state-approved modalities. Depending on your state's requirements, encounters may be conducted via live audio-video, audio-only, or asynchronous store-and-forward review.
All prescriptions issued through our telemedicine platform are done so only within a valid, legally established patient-provider relationship, in strict compliance with state prescribing laws and all applicable federal regulations including the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act.
Live, real-time audio-video consultations using encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platforms. This is our primary modality for weight loss and wellness consultations.
Store-and-forward assessment using patient-submitted health data, photos, and intake forms — reviewed by licensed providers where permitted by state law.
Phone-based consultations available in states where audio-only modality satisfies valid patient-provider relationship requirements under applicable law.

Comprehensive telehealth assessment for medical weight management including full history review, BMI evaluation, metabolic assessment, and personalized treatment planning by a licensed provider.
Virtual evaluation for GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy (including semaglutide and tirzepatide programs) where clinically appropriate. All prescriptions issued within valid patient-provider relationships per state law.
Telehealth consultations for hormone optimization, thyroid assessment, and metabolic health management — reviewed by licensed practitioners within applicable state scope-of-practice guidelines.
Regular virtual check-ins to monitor treatment progress, adjust medication dosing, review labs, and provide clinical guidance throughout your weight loss journey.
Virtual nutritional counseling and lifestyle coaching sessions to complement medical weight loss therapies and build sustainable long-term health habits.

Submit your health history, weight loss goals, current medications, and relevant medical information through our encrypted, HIPAA-compliant patient portal.
We verify that our providers hold active, valid licensure in your state of residence and confirm that the proposed services comply with your state's telemedicine requirements.
Connect with your licensed physician, NP, or PA via secure audio-video platform. Your provider conducts a full clinical evaluation using the modality required by your state's law.
Receive a personalized treatment plan, prescription (where legally appropriate), lab orders if needed, and scheduled follow-up appointments for ongoing clinical management.
Our Compliance Standards
Premier Solutions & Weight Loss maintains compliance with all 10 NABP Healthcare Merchant Accreditation program standards, with specific attention to telemedicine-specific requirements.
All providers hold active, unrestricted licenses in every state where telemedicine services are offered. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where our providers lack valid licensure. Licenses are maintained in good standing with all applicable state medical and nursing boards.
We comply with all applicable federal and state telemedicine laws. This includes state-specific modality requirements determining what constitutes a valid patient-provider relationship. Our Telemedicine Modality documentation reflects the minimum required modality in each served state.
Prescriptions are issued only:
- After a clinically appropriate evaluation within a valid patient-provider relationship
- In compliance with state prescribing laws and federal DEA regulations
- In accordance with Ryan Haight Act requirements for controlled substances
- Where the prescribed medication is lawful and indicated for the patient's condition
We never market prescription medications as available without a valid prescription.
All patient data and telemedicine encounters are protected by HIPAA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted technology. Our website uses HTTPS with active SSL/TLS certification. PHI is never transmitted or stored over unsecured channels.
All affiliated pharmacy fulfillment partners comply with applicable NABP standards and state pharmacy laws. We do not work with compounding pharmacies carrying unresolved FDA Warning Letters or Form 483 Notifications. Affiliate compliance is reviewed continuously.
All claims made on this website and during telemedicine encounters regarding products, services, and outcomes are accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with FDA and FTC regulations. We do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health claims.
Our Telemedicine Provider Team
All telemedicine services at Premier Solutions & Weight Loss are delivered exclusively by licensed, credentialed healthcare professionals with active state licensure.
Board-eligible physicians with active, unrestricted medical licenses in all states served. Primary supervisors of all prescription-based telemedicine encounters.
Advanced practice registered nurses with prescriptive authority and active licensure, operating within state-specific scope of practice for telemedicine encounters.
Licensed PAs with applicable prescriptive authority and active state credentials, functioning within physician-supervised practice frameworks as required by state law.
Prescribing providers hold individual DEA registrations required for prescribing controlled substances, in compliance with the Ryan Haight Act and all applicable federal and state regulations.
Physician-Supervised Care
Every telemedicine encounter at Premier Solutions & Weight Loss is conducted or supervised by a licensed healthcare professional with active credentials in your state. We do not offer unsupervised automated prescribing or questionnaire-only prescription services.

Our telemedicine services are currently available to patients located in the State of Florida, where our providers hold current, active, unrestricted licensure.
