Ryan, originally from KY, graduated college after a basketball scholarship with a degree in Exercise Science. He became a professional trainer and manager of several locations of gyms. Ryan has had a burning passion to help people be health as far back as he can remember. After marrying his wife Stefanie, and having their first child they relocated to Lakeland in 2015. Ryan’s dream was to open up some type of facility that people can come to and become their best self. He founded Premier in 2020.

Stefanie, a New Jersey native is married with 3 children. She began her career as a personal trainer and manager. After completing a Master’s Degree, she evolved into a mental health counselor, specializing in school counseling. In 2015, Stefanie and her family relocated to Lakeland and she dedicated her knowledge and time to Polk County Public Schools. In 2020, Stefanie resigned from the school and became the operating manager of Premier Solutions. Her passion has clearly always been helping individuals and that is what “makes her heart beat.”

In his private practice, Kentuckiana Integrative Medicine, he provides a spectrum of advanced health solutions with an integrative, holistic focus. He believes in blending the best aspects of Conventional/Traditional medicine with Natural/ Integrative Medicine. It’s a progressive approach to healthcare, backed by the specialized training and in-depth experience you and your doctor can trust. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, Fellow by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Founding Member of the American Academy of Ozone Therapy.
Krissy AndersonARNP
Kristine, “Krissy,” is a Lakeland native born at Lakeland Regional Health. She started her nursing career in 2008 after completing LPN school at Traviss Technical School. After 3 years of practicing as an LPN she obtained her RN degree from Polk State College. Shortly after becoming an RN, Krissy married her high school sweetheart and continued her journey in Lakeland. She obtained a position as a Registered Nurse at LRMC in Medical Cardiology and remained there for 14 years. After that, Krissy accepted a position as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. Krissy is an “old school nurse,” truly putting her heart and soul into caring for her patients. She is passionate about obtaining overall health which includes balancing hormones, being at the ideal weight and ensuring our vitamin levels are where they should be. Krissy obtained her Nurse Practitioner Education from Chamberlain University and joined our team in April, 2023.
Jessica AndersonARNP
Jessica Anderson APRN-C, was born in Peoria, Illinois and moved to Florida when she was 3. She became a Lakeland resident at the young age of 8 years old. Jessica is married and a mother to Madi and Riley. Jessica attended Polk Community College and graduated in 2003 with an Associates in Nursing. She proceeded to complete her BSN in 2010 from Florida Southern College and then achieved her MSN in 2015. Jessica has expertise in many areas such as weight loss, aesthetics, hormone replacement therapy, overall health management, cardiology and adult gerontology. Jessica has previously worked as a clinical adjunct for PSC, APRN at ideal image, LRMC and Advance Care Hospitalist. Jessica has worked with Premier Solutions since November 2021.
Tia Hollingsworth RiveraRN

Tia, a lifelong resident of Lakeland, Florida, has been a Registered Nurse for 23 years. She completed her Nursing degree at Polk State College and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing form South University. Tia values the importance of the holistic nursing approach, focusing on the whole person when it comes to caring for her patients. She is passionate about working with her team to provide each patient with individualized quality care to promote exceptional health and wellness. In her spare time, Tia likes to macrame, practice yoga, and enjoy spending time with her family and friends.

Joanna Estes

Joanna is part of our original group at Premier joining our team in November 2020. After a leave for about a year and a half, she has joined us again to continue to be a part of changing lives! During Joanna’s leave, she became a mother of twin baby girls and she is loving motherhood. She is certified in Phlebotomy and IV and is excellent at what she does! Joanna is always smiling and goes above and beyond to ensure our clients are receiving the absolute best care to reach their wellness goals.
